While I understand things happen, I ask you please give a 24-48 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment. No shows & cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge & those made with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a 100% charge of the appointment cost. Please also understand that I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service I am more than happy to have you back for a redo as long as it has been less than a week after your original service and you are not wanting something completely different from what we agreed on!
